How to improve mental health and well-being

1. Connect with other people. Good relationships are important. Talking is important.

2. Be active. Engage in a sport or hobby. Keep your body and/or mind active.

3. Improve your sleep. Speak to your GP if you are having problems sleeping through the night.

4. Spend time with nature (mindfulness).

5. Concentrate on the positives in your life.

6. Relax. There are lots of ways to practice relaxation eg. have a bath, light a candle.
